About Me
My name is Ryan and I am crazy about my family, Diet Coke, and God’s love for all people. I’m clumsy, overweight, and slow but nevertheless I Run Flint! I ran cross country for a bit in high school until I got hurt and just got back into running a few years ago after marrying a cross country coach. In my comeback I’ve competed in a variety of races ranging from 5K to half marathon in distance, and hope to try my luck at a full marathon soon.
Not only do I hope for this site to be a great resource and community for Flint area runners but also as a way for me to express my creativity and keep my motivation high as I strive to continue running to reach my health goals.
