Shane Logan of Pontiac was the first 10K finisher of the 6th Annual Kayla O'Mara Memorial Road Race with a time of 33:31. Suzanne Larsen of Fenton was the first female finisher in 37:10. When I arrived at the Warrior Dash on Saturday morning I found out rather quickly that "mud diving" was rather popular on the last obstacle before the finish line. The streets of downtown Flint were filled with red suits and white beards with the inaugural running of the Flint YMCA 5K and 1 mile Santa Run on Saturday.
